Platform User Guide
The Terbiye Knowledge Platform provides a structured educational curriculum, the Holy Quran and multi-edition Tafsirs, hadith compilations, Islamic knowledge bases, and interactive digital tools. This guide explains key settings and site operations.
1. Platform Settings (⚙️)
Clicking the gear icon (⚙️) at the top right of the navigation bar opens the global preferences modal:
Script Switcher
Instant live translation between Uyghur Arabic script, Latin (ULY), and Cyrillic (UKY) across the entire website.
Typography & Fonts
Select from 7 curated web fonts for Uyghur (such as Noto Sans Uyghur, Harmattan, Alkatip Basma, UKIJ Tuz Basma) and authentic Madinah Mushaf calligraphy fonts for Arabic.
Font Scaling
Smoothly adjust content font size across all pages using the slider or A- / A+ step buttons to find your preferred reading scale.
Note: Your preferences are automatically saved in your browser’s local storage and persist across visits. You can reset anytime with the “Reset Defaults” button in the settings modal.
2. Core Operations & Tools
Instant Global Search
Press the Search icon at the top right of the header or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K (or ⌘ + K on Mac) to search across all 600+ articles, curriculum stages, 2000 Q&A entries, and Quranic verses in real time.
Personal Bookmarks
Bookmark any page or chapter using the bookmark button (🔖) next to the article title or inside the Quran reader. Access all your saved bookmarks anytime from the bookmark icon at the top right of the header.
In-Page Navigation (Table of Contents)
Easily jump between sections in longer books and articles using the sticky Table of Contents sidebar on the right (desktop), or the mobile table of contents menu at the top of the content.
Bilingual Navigation
Switch between Uyghur and English interface language anytime from the settings modal or language selector to access localized curriculum guides and descriptions.
Uyghur Read Aloud (Abduqeyyum Imin)
Click the highlighted Speaker icon (🔊) next to any article title or use in-text selection to listen to educational articles read aloud paragraph-by-paragraph with the authentic voice of famous Uyghur voice actor Abduqeyyum Imin.

Uyghur speech synthesis is powered by the natural, resonant, and clear voice model of famous voice actor Abduqeyyum Imin.
Native Arabic Pronunciation for Verses
Quranic verses ﴿...﴾, hadith quotes, and du’as embedded inside Uyghur text are automatically recognized and read with native Arabic pronunciation, Harakat, and Tajweed.
Floating Dock Player
A compact capsule player docks at the bottom of the screen during playback, allowing you to easily pause, resume, skip paragraphs, or stop.
Quick Selection Listen
Highlight any sentence or passage with your mouse to trigger an instant “Listen” floating badge to hear that specific text read aloud.
How to use Read Aloud:
Section titled “How to use Read Aloud:”- Full Article / Lesson: Click the highlighted blue speaker button in the header actions (located next to the script selector).
- 2000 Q&A: Each entry is read sequentially—first the bold question (e.g. “Question 1: …”), followed by the answer.
- The Holy Quran: In the Quran reader, use the blue speaker button next to each ayah to listen to the Uyghur translation (Muhammad Salih), or the speaker button in the Tafsir modal header to listen to the Uyghur explanation.
